The Claim

The insured had suffered accidental fire damage to a commercial V-460 Laser Cutter. Insurers were happy that the unit was beyond economic repair (BER). CATS were asked to provide a settlement figure on an indemnity basis, which was calculated according to our validation schedule.

The Resolution
