Our Background

CATS Limited was founded by Mark Lund who, as a technology consultant, has provided computer and technology solutions and consultancy to the insurance claims market for over 20 years.

The CATS consultancy team has worked exclusively with the insurance claims industry for many years. Within that time we have devised, trialed and implemented numerous services that continue to aid claims handlers and adjusters in their task.

We are passionate about making our clients' lives easier and truly minimising their claims spend. We are equally passionate about improving the policyholders' claim experience and journey, providing additional innovative services that add real value to our clients.

At CATS we provide a personalised service experience providing a dedicated consultant for each and every claimant. Our technology consultant is supported by an equally dedicated claims support advisor, both of which are on hand to walk policyholders' through the process, in a timely manner, from start to finish.

Our finance team and company directors provide additional support to the claims team. The finance team ensure the collection of policy excesses, VAT and betterment payments is handled efficiently. Our directors provide client relationship support as well as provide a point of contact for escalation and compliments.

Data Protection

We take Data Protection extremely seriously

Whether it is protecting the data we hold relating to a claim or protecting policyholder data on hard drives or other static storage mediums, we take all the precautionary measures to ensure that data is kept safe, whilst in our care.

Claims data will be kept for as long as is necessary for the purposes of handling a claim or as stipulated in our contract with our instructing client.

Policyholders data, that is stored on the devices we receive for assessment, is treated in the strictest confidence and no personal data needs to be accessed by our engineers whilst we carry out an assessment or repair.
