There is a minimum 12 months warranty on all replacement and repaired goods.

When we contact you for the first time you will be advised of a unique reference with us for your claim, for example, 16A-1234. You can speak to your dedicated technology consultant or claim support advisor allocated to your claim on 01943 882 140

You can provide your postcode or the postcode of your risk address and we can identify your claim. We may ask you some further security questions to confirm you are authorised to discuss the claim in question.

You can pay what is known as a betterment. This is an additional payment which will be the difference between your entitlement and the value of the product you would prefer.
