The Claim
The insured reported impact damage to their cantilever sliding gates. CATS were asked to inspect following a submitted quotation for replacement gates from the insured's supplier for £27,140.
CATS accredited engineers inspected the equipment at the site and reported that the gates were repairable for £3,495.
The Resolution
CATS repaired the gates that had suffered damage and saved the insurers 87% (£23,645) on the total amount being claimed for.
