The insured had reported accidental damage to their Titan 1530 Fibre Laser equipment. An accredited CATS engineer attended the site and reported their findings. The unit was noted as repairable, however the engineer stressed that the cost may be less, if during the repair, elements that are assumed to be damaged on initial inspection, prove to be in working order.
The Resolution
