Our claims team are noticing more fraud claims than ever before.

With businesses and individuals struggling due to the effects of the pandemic, the CATS consultancy team are seeing more instances of fraud identified.

This could be deliberate fraud which can be proven beyond all reasonable doubt and those cases that are suspected to be fraudulent but can't be proven.

We are also seeing cases of indirect fraud relating to quotes provided by the insured's incumbent suppliers where information has been checked by CATS and is found to be false or inaccurate, either known by the policyholder or naively unknown.
