The Claim

The insured reported damage to their E-Bike. CATS were asked to inspect following a suggestion by the insured's supplier that the E-bike was BER.

CATS accredited engineers inspected the E-bike and reported that the E-bike was repairable for £575.00.

The Resolution

CATS repaired the E-bike that had suffered damage and saved the insurers 77% (£1925.00) on the total amount being claimed for of £2500.
